Coming from a family with a background in banking and insurance services, he chose the entrepreneurial path immediately after completing his graduation.
He began his career in the building materials industry, focusing on innovative wood substitute products such as pre-laminated particle boards, MDF boards, ready-made doors, and decorative laminates. Through dedication, market expertise, and a customer-centric approach, he established Sri Krishna Laminates, which has grown into one of South India’s leading distributors of decorative laminate sheets.
With a strong presence across Coimbatore, Salem, and Chennai, and plans for further expansion, Sri Krishna Laminates has earned a reputation for quality, reliability, and trust. Over the years, Mr Krishnaswamy has built strong relationships with renowned architects, engineers, builders, and property developers, gaining valuable industry insights and expertise.
Leveraging this extensive experience and network, he has successfully expanded into the real estate sector, where he now specialises in land development, property investments, and real estate promotions. V. Ravichandran, an Engineering graduate from PSG Tech, Coimbatore, is a versatile and self-motivated engineer with over 30 years of rich, hands-on experience across diverse fields. He has consistently balanced core engineering principles with advanced digital tools to achieve broader business goals. His exceptional leadership capabilities, strategic planning skills, and ability to present financial data clearly to non-finance stakeholders have been defining strengths throughout his career.
